Our concept is easily adaptable to your own ideas. Type and intensity
of introduction and feedback can vary just like the number and size
of actors’ groups. Whether you are planning a compact one-day
session for 15 persons, an intensive weekend seminar or a two-week
course for 60 participants – our concept is flexible.
Game seminars can be held in English, German and French. Fees on
application.
The simulation games listed below have already been tested and
played successfully. Our main area of competence lies in the field
of European and global politics.

This simulation game exemplifies the dynamics of global
competition and political regulation using the example of
Fonta Industries, a fictitious transnational conglomerate.
The company has recently reported a los in profits and now
considers relocating parts of the production to cheaper
locations abroad. Employee representatives and trade union
delegates try to find a common position for talks with the
management and the shareholders, the Fontanian government
and a private pension fund. Will they threaten walk-outs
or offer concessions regarding wages and work time? How
far does solidarity go between workers at different company
locations? What options has the government?
