Our concept is easily adaptable to your own ideas. Type and intensity
of introduction and feedback can vary just like the number and size
of actors’ groups. Whether you are planning a compact one-day
session for 15 persons, an intensive weekend seminar or a two-week
course for 60 participants – our concept is flexible.
Game seminars can be held in English, German and French. Fees on
application.
The simulation games listed below have already been tested and
played successfully. Our main area of competence lies in the field
of European and global politics.

Set in a fictitious developing country whose rich forest
resources are threatened by illegal logging, this simulation
game deals with the consequences corruption has for development
and natural resource protection. Apparently, corruption
at all levels allows for companies to exceed their official
felling quotas. The game features logging companies, relevant
authorities on the local and national levels, as well as
international organisations and civil society. In every
play round, companies apply with the authorities for logging
permits and set their production quotas. In parallel, the
ministries for development and natural resources discuss
a national sustainability strategy with the international
community.
