In the environment of lobbying and NGO work the difficulty in making one‘s target person listen is often underestimated. Finding like-minded partners, convincing politicians or company representatives, gaining media attention for one’s cause – all these tasks require well thought-out strategies. This game provides an opportunity for innovative learning about the planning of lobbying strategies. In its fictional setting, the participants are asked to develop their own strategies, apply them and finally analyse them. In a variant of this format the participants experience the lobbying processes that happen when the draft for a new Regulation is being written in the European Commission.
