We can offer an open and flexible form of moderation geared towards
all the participants’ needs. Our approach is designed according
to your wishes. Apart from employing classic forms of moderating
conferences and meetings, we like - when appropriate - to incorporate
interactive elements such as World Café, future workshops,
developing scenarios, working in groups etc.
We work in German, English and French. Fees are subject to agreement.
The following gives you some brief descriptions of creative workshops
which we offer – usually in cooperation with experts from
the given field. Of course, other formats can be thought of, too.

This method is suitable
for quickly establishing networks between people and ideas,
as well as fostering a cooperative dialogue and facilitating
intensive discussions and meetings. It is also a method which
makes communication between heterogenic and hierarchically
mixed groups. The basic aim lies less in generating a solution
but in reaching a creative and open approach to any given
subject.
The main idea is to create the relaxed atmosphere of a
cafe, in which people talk with each other informally. At
each table, around eight people sit and discuss the same
question. Each round of talks (usually three) builds up
on the subject of the others. After each round the participants
will look for a new table with new conversation partners,
thus enabling the connection of all the different rounds’
ideas, discussions and questions.
