This workshop focuses on communicating key competencies
for leading. The aim is to give participants an insight
into which skills they will need for leading a team and
taking on responsibility in their future work environment.
Methodologically, we rely on an active learning and participant-centred
approach. We combine theoretical and analytical tools with
practical exercises, role plays, team work, group discussions
and feedback. In different fictitious settings the participants
will either take on leadership positions or experience leadership
from the perspective of those being led.
