How do you design a simulation game? Which organizational questions do you have to keep in mind? How do you choose an issue? What is the role of the trainer during the game? How much time do you need for a simulation game and how do you integrate it into a broader seminar context?

We deal with these and other questions in our training workshops for pedagogical staff, teachers and trainers. Together we explore the utility of simulation games to achieve specific didactic goals. The goal of our training courses is to get participants comfortable with the creation, design and implementation of simulation games.
